Mara Crann, a family owned business, based in Esperance are looking for a “Hands-On” Civils Supervisor.

The successful applicant will be looking to relocate to Esperance, but able to work in varying locations within the Goldfields – Esperance region on a roster basis. Working on a drive-in-drive-out roster, all transport, and onsite accommodation / meals will be provided.

This is a permanent role, with a competitive package applicable to experience.

Mara Crann provide mine site civils for various clients, and roadside clearing works for MRWA projects. Our works include: -

excavations and trenching, minor re-sheeting works, drainage earthworks, small concreting works, minor road maintenance, rehabilitation and siteworks, bushfire mitigation, and much more...

About YOU: -

•  Minimum 3 years excavator and/or skidsteer experience.

• Hands-on leader - working alongside and supervising a small team of people.

• Experienced in executing a range of civil works and minor capital works.

• Excellent communicator, planner and organiser.

• Capable problem solver

• Fit and healthy to handle physical work

• Natural mentor - can train other workers when required.

• HR licence (HC or MC even better)

• Hold a Full Medical current within 12 months (or able to obtain one)

• National Police Clearance current within 12 months (or able to obtain one)

• Ability to meet HS Compliance requirements—zero tolerance.


About YOU: -

 • A dynamic self-starter

• Proven experience on a skidsteer, loader, excavator, or other mobile plant.

• An excellent work ethic

• Fit and healthy to handle physical work when required.

• HR licence (HC or MC even better)

• Hold a Full Medical current within 12 months (or able to obtain one)

• National Police Clearance current within 12 months (or able to obtain one)

• Current Commercial Heavy Vehicle Driver’s Medical - HC and MC holders (or be willing to obtain one)
